A company from the Novgorod region engaged in wood processing, production of plywood and wood panels purchased a high-discharge bucket for a front loader from Reschke Rus. The 11 cubic meter bucket was installed on a LiuGong 877H loader and is currently used for loading and transporting wood waste and sawdust at the production site.
Reschke Rus high-discharge buckets are designed for loading and transporting various bulk materials such as wood chips, grain crops, snow, sawdust, coal and fertilizer. These buckets have an increased volume and a design that allows handling of extra voluminous material and prevents spillage of the load. They are made of wear-resistant steel and can be equipped with one or two hydraulic cylinders depending on the task.
On request, the buckets can be equipped with replaceable teeth or bolt-on cutting edges. Reschke Rus offers high-discharge buckets in five different models, suitable for loaders with lifting capacities from 10 to 35 tons. Bucket volumes range from 3 to 13 cubic meters and widths from 2550 to 4100 mm. When developing a bucket, the specifics of each loader model are taken into account.
